Surface prep mitt

Has anyone used these rubberized mitts? They are supposed to be alternative to clay bar.

I think you mean the AutoScrub type clay bar alternatives. If so, yes, I've used it, and they work very well. They come in mitts, blocks, and polish pads. I used the polish pad and block. I read the mitt wasn't as good. Really made claying the car a piece of cake. And there was no marring that I could see. A pretty revolutionary product in auto detailing, if you ask me.
