Dct Delay

Hello im erik i have a bmw m3 2011 - vt2-625 and ess dct soft
, i have a question.
1.- In a 1/4 mile race, my m3 is totally stop i set the M button, with mdm when i push the accelerator my car have a lag in 1st the car goes slow and then the car works normal.

2.- the car is stop, now active the launch control now i push full the accelerator at 5500 and the car start moving slowly. (Not work correctly)

What are the possible causes?

I'm on my phone and don't know how to copy threads,

Search for launch control. I think that the moving forwards when using launch control is normal.
