Sorry about the angles but you should be able to see the damage,

Any ideas on replacement door costs would be awesome!

Thanks in advance for any help,

Chris

Ouch! Shouldn't you be asking your insurance company this question though?

Already got it booked in however my excess is high so getting an idea of costs and if it were round about the same price and fast would consider fixing at a local body shop.

My three series needed a new door. It cost circa £2k. They don't do door skins so it's an entire door, fitted and sprayed with all the bits from old door stripped and fitted to the new one. This was done by BMW and was a few years back. I'd expect your excess will be nothing compared to the actual cost.

Thanks ClawHammer,

This is what i was looking for, My excess is £850 so if this is the case, no-where near,

Looking like i may just go through the insurance - there I was hoping that a new door would be about £700

Thanks for posting though man, I appreciate it!

All the best,

Chris
