Jesus this thing is brutally fast. A tuned RS7 is no joke. They trap over 130 1/4 mile and the M3 made it look like a slug.

+1000! This car is a monster!

OP - I see in your mod list you're running a "625++" kit. I understand that one "+" relates to a smaller pulley what does the other "+" relate to? Just out of curiosity, why go for a smaller pulley rather than upgrading to a 650 kit? How much boost do you think you're running?

Anyway, whatever you're doing it's working! Keep uploading the videos, we all enjoy them!

Do some searching. He's outlined the cooling in another thread that I don't feel like searching for right now *lol*.

No joke at all. As per APR's site, a stage 1 w/93 octane = 675hp, 700 lb/ft tq.

For a 1/4 mile run OP can dump in ice but otherwise for runs like this it's simply a higher capacity unit. The larger capacity is a significant enhancement over the factor air/water intercooler with the potential downside that it uses some trunk space.

Yeah I'm sure for these runs he probably didn't stop to fill the tank with ice...

I'm seriously consider installing a similar setup but can't afford to loose all that trunk space... I wonder if a smaller 2-2.5 gallon tank mounted in the corner of the trunk would provide similar benefits? I would assume by just relocating the reservoir out of the engine bay you'd see some benefit...

I would think it would be a significant improvement to simply get the water lines/reservoir outside the engine bay. As you know the water currently circulates from the heat exchanger through the rubber hoses and intake manifold, all of which is in the engine bay. I'm experimenting with the Killer Chiller but I need to mount it below the trunk and run the water lines and A/C Freon to the trunk which may prove to be too much of a pain in the ass. If I can't do this then I think a small trunk reservoir is the solution.
