Silverstone Interior...Product Recommendations

I just picked up my Silverstone/Silverstone Full Leather M4 Convertible.

I want to make sure to protect the leather as much as possible. Is there a product I should put on it now, while it's new, like a Scotchguard? And should I be cleaning and protecting on regular basis? If so, any specific product recommendations?
