ztm tier 2

just got the order for 2016 m3 everything is blocked on the prices but theres a line that says ztm tier 2? does anyone know what that means?

Anyone know the answer to this? 'ZTM - Tier 2' is also listed in the 'standard equipment' list on the official 'ordering guide'.

Is it something for emissions?
