Tip Sixt?

Are you supposed to tip the driver? I leave tomorrow for pickup on Tuesday!

You shouldn't bother. We gave him a tip and the drive refused. Not sure if it was because it was only a 5 min ride but yes, he didn't accept it.

My Driver, he opened up the 760 on the highway and it brought a big smile on my face.

How could I not tip him, he also drove us past Welt, give us directions before dropping us off at the hotel..

I would say it's case by case.. Tip if your want

My driver was a very nice younger guy who was a student. I didn't have any smaller bills so I gave him a 50... He was almost embarrassed to take it.

If you're happy w the service then give them a little extra. But don't feel obliged.

I gave the driver $20 usd. Didn't have any euro's yet.

I tipped 10 euros. Figured since it was a free ride from the airport to hotel with a ton of luggage that was the least I could do! And she gave me some tips on where to go and what to see right around the hotel area.

Just got back to the USA from Nice drop off yesterday. Loved the trip and had a great time. Enjoy!

We tipped 10 euro as it was an awesome experience. Overall we prob tipped way more than we should shave over there, but I would rather be on that side of the line and it didn't effect us, so what the heck?

We tipped 5EU and that tends to be a bit much, I've learned. But ultimately it's up to you. You don't have to tip, but you certainly can. Use your discretion....but as you can see, many of us have.

I didn't tip. I carried my own bags, and took them in and out of the car. The drive was uneventful. Conversation was lacking.
