I thought the conclusion was reached that these reports are worthless when it comes to predicting bearing failure?

Useless on the tin babbitt bearings in the 11+.

The original lead babbitt bearings show up in the UOAs with elevated lead levels indicating the bearing face is taking some damage.

Elevated copper should also be visible with both, but once youre worn to copper the end is probably near.

This '08 is still a baby in terms of mileage too.
