CAN BUS info F8x

Ok, so I am trying to build a nice CAN Control module based off of the MCP2515. To determine if I am completely screwing up the interaction with the MCP or if I am just on the wrong settings, does anyone have any info about the canbus on the F8x?

500K?
Extended or Standard frames?

I am connecting via the ODB port.

Also of interest, a Factory Service Manual. Most of the time I can find what I am looking for in there.

Quick lessons learned. Canbus is request based via odb interface. Speed definately 500kbps. You can sniff via many other ports, but not odb.
