New future 1 owner

Just wanted to say hi to the forum. I'm heavily looking into getting a 135i and I thought I'd be proactive by checking out the forums. Looks like a lot of great info and helpful people here which is always a plus. I have an idea of how I'd build the 1 so I'm sure I'll be asking question to figure out what's doable. After this show season is over I'll be parting out my jetta and jumping into the 1. Anyway, this thread would be useless without pics so here is my jetta build. I hope to bring some of my ideas from the jetta over to the 1. Uniqueness is always something I strive for with my cars.

Thanks! The car has been a few different colors. Some friends and I got into vinyl wrapping a couple years ago. The 1er would likely get wrapped a nice unique color

I had plans to go more extensive with the R look but decided a part out and move to a 1er would be a better fit for me. It is bagged and the 1er would be as well.

Falling in love with a 1er is easy to do!

Are you sure a 2009 was certified? With the car that old, it would be very unusual for BMW to sell it as a CPO car in 2015. The CPO warranty provides two additional years of coverage on top of the original 4-year warranty, so 2009 plus six years is 2015, so any CPO coverage that it may have is about to expire.

Oh yeah it was only until like august haha but that's all I'd really need. I have a couple friends that are techs at bmw dealers. I'd just wanna have them warranty a couple things while it's still under. I was told to do the water pump and have them clean the head as soon as I pick up the car. They'd work that stuff under warranty

Well, I did it. I finally got into a 1er. Here's how the Jetta ended up as I sold her yesterday and then what I picked up today. So happy with the 135i and many plans for it

Now here is the E88 I picked up. 2008 with 31k miles
