Price check?

Found an M4 that I may have to scoop up this week. It's MSRP is $76k, nicely loaded , would it be too much to try to negotiate down to invoice price? What would be a fair number I can shoot at them? I am looking into leasing for 36mo 10k miles!

It depends on many things, how long has it been sitting on the lot, the build....
