BavSound Question for Standard Audio

I went with the standard audio and it's a little lackluster (no surprise). I plan to upgrade the speakers with BavSounds Stage 1 upgrade. My question for the audiophiles out there that have done the same thing and that maybe have heard the HK system as well, after this upgrade will it sound as good as or better than the HK or is there a better route to go on this? (I had the HK system on my E9x cars)

Let me say I'm not looking to spend $$$ on audio upgrades. Just something fairly simple and reasonable in cost.

I have hi-fi with BavSound S1. I can tell you it sounds as great as an E90 with HK (which I owned one). The factory hi-fi speakers were dull and lifeless.

It is not possible to just change speakers in the 205W/9-speaker analog HiFi system and get an improvement equal (forget about exceeding) to the 600W/16-speakers digital HK/Logic7 system. It just does not work like that.

Your HiFi system would sound arguably a little better than before with the BSW speakers but the same lackluster OEM amp will still be there.

Is the non-hk system amp an easy swap?

Good question on the amp. I wonder what a reasonably priced complete upgrade would look like?
