Leather dyeing. Possible?

Found a car that I'm interested in but not particular to the BMW silver leather. Is it possible to dye leather, thinking to just go black. I've seen a few leather dyeing threads on other forums but was curious if there was a professional solution for this. Tia.

Plenty of people have done this on the other M forums for dying gray to cinnamon and black. Been a while since I have seen them, may want to do a search for some updates on longevity.

Wonder if the soft Napa leather feel will be ruined or hardened by applying dye.

Go research the other forum and you'll get your answer.

Can't post it here, rules... Other m3 forums... Get it.? There's not too many, and they have dyed Napa seats. Google is your friend as I can guarantee no one has done this here. Someone IIRC has LSB interior that was dyed.

be very careful about dyeing the seats, they can definitely make the leather feel stiffer (past experience)

Don't bother, it may look good when it's first done. But it's delicate and will look like crap really fast.

Buy a full interior and swap it, then sell yours to re-coupe some costs.
