Exotics Tuning Ground Zero Front Lip

Anyone know of a source to still get this lip? I got a price from one of the vendors on here, but they were having to get it shipped over from the factory. $1700 shipped is just plain ridiculous to me. If anyone knows something I don't, please help me out.
