Euro spec Xenon headlights

Does anyone know that has the EU spec headlights on their 135i if the projector or beam output is better than US spec?

I remember that the US lenses restrict a lot of the light coming out like some of the older projector beams like the S2000 for instance. Cutoff is poor too. Curious, could be another reason to change to EU spec lenses

If you are that concerned for output. Best to take them apart and swap the lens for a clear lens.
