Price Check 2011 E92 M3
A buddy of mine is about to sell me his 2011 E92 M3 w/ 37k miles, but out of warranty. It is white w/ red interior and fully loaded (Nav, etc).
What is a fair price for this vehicle? I am thinking 40k. Thoughts?

Check KBB. Fair price would be KBB on that basically.

There's always great deals out there. You can check the classifieds on this forum as well. I have seen many nice cars on here for sale, and they can help you establish a good starting price point.
