USMillworks tow hook license plate holder

Ordered a standard kit from their website last week and never received any tracking info. The shipping method I paid for shows that it should arrive in 7 business days. I tried e-mailing them many times with no response and the number they provided was no longer in service. So I was wondering are they out of business? Should I open up a case with paypal and dispute the payment I made? Anyone who recently bought something from them and experiencing something similar?

Never had an issue with my order. Mine too about a wk too so I'd say give about 2-3 wks before you file a claim
