Catless and no CEL?
I went catless about 6 weeks ago, and put on about 1000 miles, but I have not had a single CEL. Is this possible?

If you drive normally without getting on it, you'll get it much more quickly.
You'll get it sooner or later, I promise

Go for a 30 min drive without getting on it a couple times and it will greet you with an elegant "bling".

Catalyst efficiency is measured when cruising, mainly at speeds below 60 mph, and under 3,000 rpm.

No cel because the car was not driven far enough to "pass" or "fail" the obdii catalyst monitor. Sometimes if you drive like an a#$ the monitor will not complete either.
