• - Tech Package (EDC, Comfort Access, Nav, M-Drive) w/ Hard Drive music storage (Note: Justin Bieber's album has never been stored on it).
• - Heated Seats
• - Factory 19" Wheels
• - Moonroof
• - Rear Park Distance Control
• - Sat Radio
• - iPod / USB Adapter
• - Enhanced Premium Sound
• - Real-Time traffic, Connected Drive, etc.
• - Bone stock... only mod is black BMW kidney grills (dealer installed)
• - Never raced, never launched, stored in heated garage
• - No holes in front bumper
• - New Continental DWS tires in 2014 (<6k mi I believe)
• - Manual, both keys, in good condition etc.
• - Clean title, Clean CarFax, no paintwork, no molestation.

I originally flew down and inspected the car at a SoCal dealer before buying in May 2013, then shipped to Oregon.

Other things to consider:

• - I normally have it detailed in the fall (before winter) and the spring (after winter). I haven't scheduled Spring detail yet, so the photos are just after washing today.
• - I own the vehicle outright - easy transaction.
• - The warranty covers everything BMW covers under CPO, PLUS the electronics (which CPO normally does not).
• - Out of respect for the future owner, no test drives until sale pending.
• - I'm rather neurotic about details, and even though this is a used car, I would still venture to say its in the 95th percentile.

Disclaimers:

• There is a very small (see headphone photo) door ding on the rear driver qtr panel. - I have not attempted or consulted paintless dent removal.
• There is also a small scratch (more like a few dots) on the rear passenger bumper corner - have not performed any touch up.
• There is a small rock chip that was filled on the windshield before I bought the car. It is almost at the bottom of the windshield and not in visual path.
• Routine wear... some minor curb rash (have not refinished, etc).

Located in Portland, OR, available for transaction immediately... just ordered a new X5 which will be here by end of month.

PRICE: I listed starting price at $43,900... have lowered numerous times to now $39.5k, including the warranty, etc as a feeler. - welcome feedback if you think this is priced appropriately.

WARRANTY: I have not used the Platinum Warranty, therefore I believe I can recover and discount the car $1k from BMW if you do not want the warranty.

bmp... would love any feedback on pricing. What's fair market rate for these options/mileage/condition?

Warranty: Am I silly to think this should command a premium because it has a BMW platinum plus warranty good until June 2016? The warranty was for an additional 2 years (9 months in on a 24 month warranty), and cost $6k. I can cash it out for $1k since it has not been used.. but you can't buy this warranty anymore since it's past the 4yr/50k.

The car originated in Southern California (Valencia / Santa Clarita) - just north of Los Angeles, and then spent the last 1.5 years in Portland. It has never seen the snow.

Last year we had a few days that it snowed, and the car stayed in my heated garage, undergound... I either walked to work (5 blocks), or drove a Car2Go Smart Car... This year its been in the 50's/60's all winter so we haven't had any snow.

I didn't photograph the interior last weekend because I didnt have time to vacuum it or clean it... but I think I still took a few shots of it. Let me see what I can dig up... If not, I might be able to take some later in the week when I'm back in town.

I just updated the Dropbox link with a few of the shots I have of the interior from last weekend... sorry they're not great. Car has never been smoked in, eaten in, etc.

Seems the perfect specced car for me and perfect location as Il be moving up to Vancouver WA in the next month or so, I know a lot of people say this but if its still available when I'm in town i will give you a shout. price wise i have no idea what the market is over there.

I'll be here... the car is sitting in a temperature controlled garage until someone buys it. NOTE, I have actually not had a single person come to look at the car... not sure why that is, but it's in great condition. I'm traveling a lot over the next month, so let me know if you are in town...

I'm seeing A LOT of Black/Black cars sitting on the market for a long time. Hell there is one on this very forum a 2009 with a price drop of all the way down to 30,500. I'm thinking this isn't a desirable color combo; either that or its a slow market for these vehicles.
