cobb accesstuner cant load map

When I try to load any cobb ots map I get the warning "unable to load map file. invalid 'base' map file. Please verify vehicle and vendor of map file. (5:1208)" I just downloaded accesstuner race for the first time last night. I have ijeos. Using cobb v3. Everything is up to date. I even tried downloading a map off of cobbs website and couldn't open that one either. Using windows 8 also tried on windows 7 on another computer. Does anyone have any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Problem fixed. re-requested the same accesstuner software and re-installed. Everything works now.
