How long do you think you will keep your M3/M4?

My current mercedes is 12yrs old 80K miles without any problems.

Considering an M4 and would like to keep my next vehicle for at least 7+yrs.

How long do you think you will keep your M3/M4?

Lol good question. I hope 7 to 8 yrs... That's why I came off from a e92 coupe to a more practical ride (f80) as the matter of a form factor.

3 years at most... and then something new. My average is probably closer 2 years

3-4 years. I usually trade before initial warranty runs out. It coincides well with when I crave something new. It could be accelerated his time if I can justify a 991 before that. I so want to get a new one before all the NA are gone from the dealer lots or better still order a total stripper GTS. Stars need to align though,I got a lot of higher priorities to cover first. Most likely it will be a comp. Pkg F80 3 years from now.

There's only one. F80. The Panny is way to big and PDK only and there's nothing else that compares. Though, somehow I can see Lups in a Hellcat ( still only 2 doors ), Danzig will match it like a glove

Btw our balcony here in Maui overlooks the hotel entrance before the ocean so I can drink and watch every car coming and going. About 30 min ago a black Aventador pulled up. Jeeeeezus, I might need to look at a Modena or something next time because I still get goose bumps at 47 when listening to these Italian full bloods...

My guess is 99.9% of the 3 years or less crowd are leasing.

Those owning longer are purchasers.

Would be curious to see outliers in either group.

I wish I knew! I just heard from a couple friends that 2017 is the LCI. but who knows. Either way I already have had my M4 for almost a year by the time it comes in. March production (CF roof) May delivery. I got my M4 in June last year.
