Can you guys tell me what you think of this car?

I saw this M3 and it's almost everything I want, but I'm worried about the mileage and the blower on it. The blower is great, but the fact that it's there already makes me worry about wear on the car. So talk me out of it...shouldn't be too hard right

Looks like a steal even if he did track it a few times. Nice that he has the oil sample reports available.

Everything seems to be on the up and up. Car looks mint.

If you are not in it for the blower and additional parts, I would suggest getting another M3!

Other than needing a set of rear tires, I'd say jump on it.
I normally keep a spare set on hand

It's got all the right mods. Add a bbk and you're done.

If you want to put a blower on anyway this is a steal. If you don't want a blower on it then be grateful he didn't just take it off and run as fast as you can. My worry would be that seems to be stretching the oil change intervals a bit for a car with that much going on. Also " normal levels" of copper? I thought that was the one sign of the bearings getting into the danger zone?

I don't like the oil change intervals either. I just read a thread over at the M5 board concerning a set of wrecked bearings that didn't match a black stone report's indications so this has me concerned as well.

Mods

Man, the mods on this thing alone are probably approaching $20k, if I am not mistaken....and they are all good ones that are worth it.

If the car didn't have a blower, I would have said go for it but at this mileage + blower it is a VERY risky purchase.

As others mentioned BS report is not always accurate. I would look for another one with no blower if I were you

I bought the car after talking with the seller for over a week and I'm very happy with my decision. Thanks guys! Looks like I'm moving from 1addicts over to here

Interesting. Insanely low price given all the highly desirable and varied modifications included. Congratulations! Hopefully, the purchase has gone well and everything is as you expected with the car.

I guess you didn't _really_ want to be talked out of the car!

Honestly with the amount of information he gave me and the honesty he provided I was left with very little hesitation. Next Friday is pick up and I can't wait!
