Merry Christmas Everybody, learn from us! :D
So the weirdest thing has happened, I have gathered here in the state I've complained now for a year a great set of friends. We usually go looking for trouble together, and because my mailman didn't bring me the CF mod parts yet, I was bored.
I don't like pretty Christmas trees, they have no character. if I can't find an ugly one, in my home country that meant steal one, I rather be without. Today I was lucky enough to find an extra ugly specimen, it's it's crooked, there is a a big spot with no branches at all, it's already shedding like hell, and let's be honest, I forgot to buy decoration stuff for it. I sent texts to my usual helpers in all things evil, picked them up, and off to pick up the fine specimen of Christmas spirit bringer we went. Yes, I have a Q7. Yes, my friend has an excellent beater car. This was our alternative solution. All you need is a roll of bubble wrap to cover the roof, tape it down. a cloth, so we get points for being hysterical, a pink rope is a must, since nothing works with the lines of the M4 like pink when putting a tree to the roof. Anyway, who the hell needs an SUV when all you need is great and crazy friends, a little adventure to the nearest home depot or something. I would suggest getting petrol before doing this. It would've killed me to run out, while the car is carrying a Christmas tree. Merry horror season everyone, just remember the stupid stuff usually ends up in tears or as the best stories. This one certainly did.

Did you fall on your ass when you saw the pics? Yeah, I admit the Audi would've been easier, but no where near this entertaining.

My tummy hurts because my entire family is ran down by a cold, and now also because of laughing. BTW, as you can see in the photo, the eminent dread of running out of petrol did not stop us from using sports plus settings while transporting this extremely well balanced cargo. It'll be june before I stop laughing at this stunt.

Dude my shotgun rider started screaming if the needle neared 20. "ANNA YOU'RE RUINING YOUR FUCKING CAR AND THEN THE WORLD WILL COLLAPSE."
People rolled down their windows and took pics of us. I don't get it, it's not like no one else hasn't before strapped a tree on an M4.

2km trip home. the tree was fine like that, and actually it was indeed tied pretty damn good. (we didn't do it, the tree man did it for us. Kept shaking his head because of the rope). I think I now hold the record of how fast the car has been driven while carrying a tree. The record of how fast you were going when hitting the tree can be left without an entry made by me for all I care.

And here is a shot of my great installation job!
My son decorated it, it's his bride and joy, a dinosaur car, the trees price tag, and of course the rear wheels of that treasured car of his.

Thanks man, I think it's funny the price went up when he realized I was never going to want anything pretty. That will make me laugh for years to come again.

lol there is more than one way to get a xmas tree home love it!
I use to hate the process of getting xmas tree home each year, even in our x5's it was a hassle, needles everywhere etc.. bought a fake tree 3 years ago best 250 bucks I have ever spent. Goes up in seconds looks like the real thing, no mess

I went to three places selling trees, just find the poor thing that no one else would buy. A plastic one would be too perfect and they usually even stay up, which you must admit takes away much of the excitement! Today I have to go buys toy cars and decorate the tree with them, my son had the right ode how to make that even more personal looking one and why the hell not, who says tree has to look good when it can be silly. I wish you the best of Christmases Goldie, maybe next year you get back to the dark side and show us a better way to do this.

Hope you filled Peter up this morning our Mini Cooper did the hauling for us this year. Instead of bubble wrap, we bagged the tree and strapped it on to the roof!
