Grill / front bumper replacement options?
Some jackhole decided to bust my right kidney grills on the 2010 e92 M3. It appears several mounting clips are broken too, with a one inch crack in the bumper.
1. Any recommendations on where to buy a replacement bumper and grills from? Note: I am in Canada, but also have a US address. 2. Easy enough to replace on my own, or should this be an insurance claim have the shop do it? |

It's easy to change the bumper on your own, but you may have issues with paint matching if your order a painted one. For this reason I would have a body shop do it. If your in the GTA I recommend Excellence Auto. I had a scrap on my bumper last year and took it to them and they repaired/repainted the whole bumper and the colour match was perfect. I have Monte Carlo Blue and was quite worried about the colour matching, they did a GREAT job. |
