Grill / front bumper replacement options?

Some jackhole decided to bust my right kidney grills on the 2010 e92 M3. It appears several mounting clips are broken too, with a one inch crack in the bumper.

1. Any recommendations on where to buy a replacement bumper and grills from?
Note: I am in Canada, but also have a US address.

2. Easy enough to replace on my own, or should this be an insurance claim have the shop do it?

Do you want to replace with oem style or aftermarket bumper?

It's easy to change the bumper on your own, but you may have issues with paint matching if your order a painted one.

For this reason I would have a body shop do it. If your in the GTA I recommend Excellence Auto. I had a scrap on my bumper last year and took it to them and they repaired/repainted the whole bumper and the colour match was perfect. I have Monte Carlo Blue and was quite worried about the colour matching, they did a GREAT job.

Thanks for the reply. I've decided to just do a claim and let the bodyshop take care of everything.
