What should I look for?

Hey folks, long time fan, looking to get into a low mileage E90 M3 in the next few weeks (i'd like a manual but am open to DCT). I would very much appreciate any advice/suggestions as to what I should be wary of or what to look/watch out for. Thanks again in advance for your assistance....

Do a PPI, look the car over, check the carfax and take the plunge!
