Introduction
Sorry if this is the wrong sub, I'm learning as I go.
Upgraded from a 2002 Acura RSX Type S to a 2015 BMW M3. - Yas Marina Blue Outside - Silverstone Inside - Aluminum Trim - DCT - Adaptive suspension - Harman Kardon - 19" Black Wheels I stressed (and still do) over the options but I think what I have is a good mix. Probably going to get an extended warranty too. I'm doing European Delivery on January 15. The trip is more a Munich holiday than car delivery because I'm not going to drive the thing around during a Bavarian winter. Looking forward to having a real reason to hang out here more instead of lurking in jealousy. |

Grats on the order. I have not seen much aluminum trim but i think it works in that combo. Welcome!

Don't be afraid of winter driving - I think you'll see from other posters that you can 'rent' some winters for an ED. Just recognize that traction is compromised and that in winter it is all about feathering and gentle changes rather than hammering it. (so, if you are at an icy intersection, stomping on the gas is the last thing you should ever do. Ease on the throttle) You'll be fine. I dont think winters in Bavaria are really all that bad.
