E92 Lighting Cree turn signals flickering

I recently purchased some Cree turn signals (PY24W replacements) from E92 Lighting https://www.e92-lighting.com/bmw-acc...-signal-amber/
While they don't give error codes they flicker every time I start the car. I contacted E92 Lighting but never seem get a response from them. Is there anyway to stop this other than putting the factory orange bulbs back in?

That can be coded out. It's bulb check feature
