WWL Status Confirmation

When you track a car from WWL's website and it says it was "DISCHARGED", I assume that means it's off the boat. Does "DELIVERED FROM" right after mean that it's on a truck to the dealer?

no. Delivered in my situation was to VPC to then wait in a queue for inspection and possibly a work order tfor any damage occurred.

Call this number and have the last 7 of your vin available, but they can only give you an ETA. Since mine has a work order tied to it I asked for a detailed transcript that I am waiting for as of 3 days ago to understand what the damage is. The 3 reps that answer the phone are at the mercy of the VPC responding quickly and there is also a huge queue of cars that can be ahead of you and behind. As far as ED goes this is the biggest area of improvement for BMW to ensure the customer is notified throughout the process especially given that we have already paid money for the car.
