CF or FRP on Jet Black?

I'm considering some cosmetic mods for my Jet Black E93.

What do you think of unpainted FRP Mode Carbon Lip on Jet Black? Will it look cheap?

Or stick with CF?

I don't think it will look cheap. After all, the OEM GTS lip is matte black FRP. It's more of a personal preference, along with the color of your other exterior mods. I have CF diffuser, mirrors, and trunk spoiler, and i'm running the matte FRP front lip and it doesn't bother me.

get FRP and paint it a satin black, would look better than CF or exposed FRP

Why satin black? If I'm painting it why not Jet Black?

if you are lowered and likely to scrape, i'd get frp because it's easier to repair and cover up the imperfections
cf will look like total crap after some dings and scrapes
don't paint it jet black because body color pieces looks horrible when not molded

Just stick with the FRP matte black. I've got it on my jerez and it looks great as is. No need to fool with painting it, especially when it's eventually gonna get scraped anyway.
