Do you get mad when this happens?

Driving on the freeway yesterday and this D-Bag smoking a cig, flicks it out his window only to land on my car.. I'm not a smoker, but if I was, I would be more careful when I would dispose of a lit cigarette.

I then drove my car into his causing his car to go out of control and crash into the side rails and explode...

In reality, woke up from my daydream of anger, before I actually crashed into the side rails myself.

I waved at him with my middle finger as I passed.

I have come to realize that there are many people in this world who lack manners, respect, courtesy and are very self absorbed in their own little world. Doing things like throwing a cigarette butt out the window is just one example. I have learned to ignore these people and chalk it up to poor parenting when they were little One thing my wife and I spend a lot of time on with our kids doing is teaching them manners and respect for others. It's a very easy and simple skill set that many, unfortunately, today have forgotten.

If I wasn't able to ignore this all too large portion of the population, my head would likely explode by the end of the week with frustration and anger.

I heard keynote speaker at a conference I attended point out that there are entirely too may parent out there with the goal of raising "Great Kids" when their goal should be to raise "Great Adults" His point there is a big difference! Too many parts are their kids friends... which leads to the problem being discussed

Agreed with you. People who do this in Southern California are fools considering the fire risk out here. Really pisses me off. Know a guy who rides a motorcycle and had a live cigarette butt flicked out a car and onto his crotch. He proceeded to kick the guys car door at a stoplight.

I was stuck in traffic behind a pistachio nut. That road rage episode got bad.

Hi Dondula! Great to have you back, all going well?

I remember you every time I sit in my car, since I've yet to find normal jeans here, and mine all have some girly shit in them, which scratch the seat. I'd say I'm well on my way to drive myself insane.

Glad to see you're back!

What about this take... regardless of how close the M4 was following, this is really about how some people are inconsiderate, lack manners, lack self awareness and do dumb things like throw cigarette butts out the window. It isn't about how close the M4 was but, rather, how douchy the other guy way for doing this in the first place. Just my take.

How about when the guy in front decides he needs to wash his windows on the freeway and splatters dirty bug guts water all over your freshly detailed m4?

Or even inside your car if your windows are down

Exclamation Cigs thrown out from cars in CA--BIG FINE

Here in California, if you get caught throwing burning materials such as a cigarette out of a car, you could get stuck with a very hefty fine, and heaven help you if it should cause a fire. It doesn't take much to start a wild fire with the ultra-dry conditions from the drought.
