M Performance Exhaust Vs Akra Exhaust

I was in impression that Akra Exhaust is just branded by BMW as M perofrmance exhaust 18302344071

Can you guys let me know if both these exhaust are same or atleast has same sonic effect?

Akra and BMW M-Performance exhausts are exactly same exhaust system.
BMW re-designed the tips (C/F and Titanium) and added BMW part#s on the system.

I have an Akrapovic exhaust and using BMW M-Performance C/F tips. and as expected, tips are interchangeable as well.

BMW also added a load more money onto the cost of the M-performance version for no apparent reason other than they could!

Well you can actually get a M performance exhaust for around 6300$

cheaper than Akra if you dont care for CF tips

Akra comes with tips but I don't think 6300 price tag on the M performance system include any tips.
