Does this apply for both financing and leasing?

My dealer isn't giving it to me because I am financing through a CU. Is this normal?

Yes. The credit is offered through BMWFS so you have to use them for financing/lease.

Innovations ends 10/31. It's through bmwfs so I believe you need to use them to get it (lease or finance) - but the terms of the offer on the website arent clear about that.

There's likely a "November/December" incentive, but whether it applies to M cars, how much, etc is yet to be known.

Hopefully one day I can order my car online and skip the stealerships and their bullshit. Just like Tesla does.

Well be sure to keep us posted! All the little rebate incentives add up, especially if you start with an ED discount to begin with. There aren't THAT many of the discounts that actually even apply with ED.

Should I wait until November/December?
There's a car in stock that I like but it's ~500 miles away from me. They said they're willling to ship it if I come down and sign the paperwork.

A local deslership told me that I'd have to wait until March for an order to land here.

Not yet, I'm gathering rates will stay the same for NOV/DEC. I want to see what kind of incentives come for holidays. Once that happens I'll be pulling the trigger

Yes, the credits that take effect are the ones available on the day you sign your purchase contract.

What if you order and the credits "expire" by the time you take delivery?

Get approved for financing now to lock in whatever deals are available at signing for 60 days.

And if there are better deals when your car arrives, you can just go through the process again. This way you have "options".

My question is this... will the credits be better in Nov than Oct? I'm taking delivery Friday Oct 31st to take advantage of the Innovation credit... But I'm willing to wait until Saturday Nov 1st if the deals will get better.

I wonder if the dealer knows what's coming a day in advance?
