Georgia Highway not going to New Jersey Port

My car is on the Georgia Highway and the itinerary shows it going to Baltimore and Brunswick. It doesn't show a stop to New Jersey.

Is there a VPC local to these ports? Does my car have to be transported to the VPC and then transported back out?

Baltimore is another vpc destination, it will be processed at that port and sent to dealer
