My new 1
After months of searching I found my 1. Without much details I bought a 1-way plane ticket to San Jose yesterday.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a few tasteful mods when I got there. 900 miles later were back in WA and I'm still finding new stuff. 08 135i/6MT Sparkling graphite on Schwartz Sport/convenience/navigation |

Nice! Wheels look like plastidipped Style 359s, a.k.a. 1M wheels. They're 19s, right? Are they square or staggered?

Congrats on the car! Nice to hear you found a good one.
I'd pitch the roof spoiler. Is the window trim wrapped in CF vinyl? What are those door cards lined w/? It doesn't look like the normal leather insert, could be the picture though. Also, your diffuser was painted. They don't come black like that. Nice touch though. Alcantara shift/brake boots and steering wheel, looks like you could have parts of the BMW performance interior accessories. Might have the short shift kit.. Does the shift knob have hard angles and perforated leather on it or is it smooth leather and more rounded? Definitely doesn't have the performance shift knob, which is a good thing IMO. On the wheels: Those are NOT 1M wheels. Look like a CSL replica, like the Alufelgen CS-7 or the VMR V703

Thank you all so much
I know I'm still on the fence about the roof spoiler :/ don't know if I dislike it enough to pull off haha As for the wheels they're 18" and staggered. I'll post up a better picture today so we can figure this out. The door cards are the same black leather and window trim is gloss black. I was also wondering if I had a short shifter, the knob itself is perforated leather with hard angles like you said (flat/square top) Makes me wonder if the PO is a member here |

those are Apex Arc 8s and yes the roundel fits in them. What Im surprised at is that you were able to get the ones with the bigger concave offset. Mine are more flat, which they said the 1 series could only fit...looks good

Also, despite what the others are saying you do not have Apex Arc-8 wheels. The Arc-8 do not have a slot for the ///M rubber badge and have a circular dish/recess cut out where the studs thread in.

Also, you know that's leatherette and not leather, right?
The only place I've seen that roof spoiler is at schmiedmann which is probably where they got it from. |

You're correct I forgot it's leatherette which I actually prefer since from what I've read it tends to be more durable.
Here is a couple more shots, still wanna decipher these wheels |

I have the leatherette and prefer it as well, just wanted to make sure they didn't try to tell you it was leather.
Those wheels I'm 95% sure are alufelgen CS7s in black. See if they have a CS7 inscribed/stamped in the fronts of them. Bet they do. Here's cs7's in matte black for comparison: |

I peeked under the car today and saw a fat "///M" on the front lower control arms. That was just about all I could see.
Does that mean I have M front control arms? Rears appear to be the stock, black, steel ones. |

Any cash hidden in the glovebox/arm rest? Or maybe under the floor in the trunk where the battery is? =P It come with that nice purse, too?
Does it have matching tires all around though? Could be optical illusion but almost looks like left and right rear have different tread patterns. Not to sound like a debbie downer. But I'm allowed some leeway since I solved which wheels those are, so I now have free license. You may want to check to see if they perhaps upgraded other things like the chargepipe or intercooler, too. |

Good eye man haha yes theyre mismatched in the rear.
Fronts are new so it gives me an excuse to burn through the rears I wanna put the car on a lift and do a thorough inspection in the next few days. Also see if BMW will release it's maintenance records so I have a place to start. |
