My ED 7/28
I finally got around to wrapping up everything from my trip. Overall, the ED experience was way better than I expected. My trip was from 7/26 to 8/1 with the pickup on 7/28.
Brief Summary The car is amazing. This is my first M car but I have had an E90 and an F32 previously. I was very happy with how comfortable the car was for the long journeys. I spent 6.5 hours driving the first day alone and at least 3 hours every other day. The car was very smooth on the autobahn and you do not even realize how fast you are going sometimes. I drove through Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France and finally back to Germany for drop off during my 5 day trip. Out of all the places I went, France was the nicest. I installed a GPS tracker in the car so I could save my journey (link below). I dropped the car off on 8/1 and was hoping it would make it to the 8/5 boat, but unfortunately when I traced my car on 8/4, it was still at the Loginout location. On 8/5 I saw it was en route to the port but it was to late, the boat had already left. It is scheduled to be on the Toledo which departs on 8/21 and arrives in Brunswick on 9/8. I am hoping it gets to me by the week of 9/15 as I am on vacation the following week. If anyone has any questions on what I did, where I stayed, which roads I took, etc, i am more than happy to answer them. Congrats. Mine is on Toledo as well. I dropped off on 8/7. Strange that you did not make 8/14 K-Line ship.

Pretty cool! Wonder if customs will notice/seize the tracker. Good test to see how crazy they are checking the vehicles haha
