Just found that my M3 is on the Torrens and it should be arriving at the port in LA on September 9th!. Add a week or so for delivery up to the bay area and I should have it September 15th or so.

Maverick, I'm curious if your status changed recently? The hotline claims I'm awaiting a vessel, but I'm holding out hope that the system is just delayed (fat chance now that its been a few days since Torrens departed).

Talk to somebody live. Say "customer relations" and talk to a human.

I'm on the Torrens as well and the system was delayed for 4 to 5 days on the phone and the website to show that it was on the boat. Even the WW website was about a day behind. Your best bet is to talk to your CA as they have the latest info, but since it has been a week and you haven't heard anything it most likely is not on the Torrens. But there are other shipping companies I believe that you'll have a harder time tracking if you don't talk to your CA. It seems like there is a ship going out ever week or two ships ever couple of weeks heading to the West Coast.
