Round and round with tires...

My car came with the original Michelin's when I bought it at 54000 miles. The previous owner had other wheels and tires on it, but sold it to me with the original 19 inch BMW 220 wheels and Mich.

Over the next 60 plus thousand miles, currently 115000 miles, I tried all the main choices, Conti's, Hankook, both a few times and a variety of widely accepted alternate sizing.

I truly believe now since I'm back to four original sized Michelin tires, the car is better, more planted, solid on the road, accurate speedo, front doesn't scrape as much. It just feels right. Nothing looks better than the Michelin's either IMO.

I think they tested this car prior to public sale.......
