WTB 09+ E90 w/ DCT, other options are optional

Starting to look for what has been my dream car for a long time now. Looking for the following:

Years: 2009-2011
Exterior: anything except red
Interior: black or red, cloth is fine with me
Transmission: DCT only. The boss needs to be able to drive this, and she's not 6mt friendly.
Mileage: ~60k or under
Options desired: hifi or individual audio, iDrive, EDC. All other options are just icing on the cake, none are deal breakers.
Mods: preferably unmodded
Price: mid to high 30s
Location: SoCal, will travel to pick up if necessary. Preferance goes within 1000 miles so I can make it a (long) 1-day trip.

This will be my first BMW, but I've always been an M3 admirer from afar, ever since I started following the E36 back in high school. I worked at a full service gas station that had 100 octane at the pump, and we'd get some beautiful cars in there to fill up. But the ones that always grabbed my attention were the M3s. There were a couple of supercharged coupes and a lightweight that would regularly stop in, and from there the obsession grew.

I am currently working on selling off my 03 WRX DD, the timing of which will determine when I can pull the trigger here. I love that Subaru, but its time for me to buy a car with which I am not compromising anything: looks, performance, feel, comfort. I truly feel that the E90 is the best sports sedan available, and can't wait to get behind the wheel of my own.

I was considering this one but was hesitating on the 57k mileage. I know these cars are well built but do you think this mileage is too high?

Milage is not too high. If you're concerned about milage, buy extended warranty for it. OP, I don't think you'll find 2011 for under $40k unless it's a stripper. Good luck to all and Happy 4th.

I saw this car before but I have the exact same concern. But what i know is 2010+ BMW changed rod bearings part number.

If the car is a little bit closer to me I would have taken a second thoughts. Not many E90 on the market unfortunately and I have been looking for one since 4 months ago!
