Hey PMJ - which dealer assisted you with getting the digital key installed on your S20? I might try and give them a call to see what they did. I just bought a new S20 FE and also getting the incompatible device error message.

Do you also know what software version your car is on?

It's a dealer in Australia and they didn't do anything special. You'll just need a phone, app fully uninstalled and reinstalled, and your dealer with the activation at their end as per usual.

If you're in the US, I believe your phones can have NFC and other functions disabled by your cellular provider. That's not a thing in Australia, as we have open networks by law.

Software version is 07.2020.

I'm in Melbourne so no cellular restrictionson me either! I was going to give your dealer a call to see if they could assist.

Ok maybe I need to get my software updated first. Mine is on 03.2020.
