I will investigate. I personally don't expect that they will not continue / enhance the product. As far as I could find up to now it is able to display / log what we need: Boost, AFR, EGT. And more. Min. and max. values are stored.

It will not be cheap, but it will be much cheaper and better for our purpose than a car-pc. Will contact HKS next week to check availibility, scalable configurations ( Boost only, Boost + AFR, Boost + AFR + EGT ) and prices. I'll take care that it will work in any e9x having a monitor.

It will take some time. I have not been aware about that such a product exists without the need of a car-pc. However, I think this is the way to go.

We will see, I am very interested.

By the way, had a look at the e92 M3 today. Very nice car. The front and rear bumpers look better than the ones of the Msport package. The 19" wheels look very similar to the e46 19" M3 wheels. They are silver/gunmetal. I expect there will be a lot of replica wheels around soon. The car looks bigger ( wider and more height ) compared to my e93. I will drive the M3 in 2-3 weeks ( It is in the showroom and my dealership will do the break-in, then potential or other good customers can drive it ). Interior trim has been matt black or very dark grey ?, looks damn good. It's a 6 MT.

I am very happy with my e93 335i vert. Just curious about the performance characteristics. Beside the bumpers I still think that the 335i will be the better choice for me ( with PROcede V2, FMIC upgrade and catted DP's ).

The new M3 is a very cool car . My e93 335i as well .

i just got an acura rdx. it was either between x3 or rdx. rdx is really priced right with only having one option ordering is very simple. turboed and it has a boost guage in the cluster. awd is great. overal not a bad choice if you just want a family car. x3 or rdx can't go wrong either way.

I think the CAMP system is discontinued. I brought it up a few times in other gauge discussions on here.

Integrating the gauges into the I-drive is definitely going to be the cleanest way to do it. Most likely the most expensive as well.

I know the R34 skylines had a similar setup from the factory. Did they do anything performance oriented with the I-drive for the new M3? I haven't read anything about it but, IMO they should.

On there website it has the sensors for it but, nothing about the actual control unit or junction box.
