Latest update was it was out of the factory and into delivery though I don’t get any detail on codes, trains or boats. Still expected before end of May apparently.

It's only a bit over 200-miles from the plant to the docks...so, it could go either by truck or train...likely train since there's likely a bunch of them.

The boats go straight to Southampton in UK, my car took 15 days to arrive in UK from US then another 7 days for delivery centre and delivery.

When it has sailed it will show "at sea" in the dealers system, they sent me a copy of it. It stays that way only showing the date of sailing until it arrives in UK.

There are free websites that can show you the location of ships when they are close enough to shore. TO get more information further out to sea, you typically have to pay for a subscription. I figured this out when I was tracking my plane from Italy to Boston...there was a big hole in status when it was in the middle of the Atlantic, but once it came closer to land, the status was easily available. That assumes you can find out the ship name your vehicle is on, though.

So new restriction in addition to the previous ones (Internal Active Steering), is 2VR (for 40i which used to be limited supply) is 44A (heated cupholders).

I asked for more clarification whether 44A would affect all other options under the comfort pack/ comfort pack plus.

For me 44A is only nice to have but not a big deal as if optioned separately I would not take it.

So cup holder restriction is only for 40i?
We can't choose this as an individual option, it's included in the climate pack in Belgium.
With the 45e a few years ago many options could be chosen individually. Now almost all options are in a packs.

I assume its 40i, 30d and 50e. Same in NL its not an individual option, but may be deleted with some funds refunded.

Sometimes they price the packs to include deletions, on my previous G05 the Harmon karmon wasn't available on the pack but the cost of the pack was lowered to take this into account.
All depends on whether the item was unavailable when you order the pack or after.
