No matter. I currently have a real M (20 years since new). I want four doors and a pseudo-M is fine if that's what it has to be in the 21st century. i know, M's are a dime a dozen these days.
I'd really prefer a Cayman GT4, but two doors, two seats, doesn't cut it; also, I'm a prudent investor and $100K is way too much to spend on a car for me, without winning the lottery. I'm practical, I drive a Corolla with 240k miles as my daily during the winter months. |

New Mazda 3? Or is that too slow. New ones are pretty impressive inside and out, and drive well, but they are a bit slow, but enough for everyday driving.

Thanks for posting. After watching 3 random thoughts:
Seeing the rear more it makes less and less sense that this thing didn't have a hatchback. The other "Gran Coupes" have them and would have made a lot more sense / added practicality. The grill in chrome looks awful / way too big. The black in the 235 looks better. The interior actually looks pretty darn good, save for the awful digital dials. The ones in the lower spec look better, but you get a smaller infotainment display. |

I think he really likes the interiors of the BMWs and once he gets his MBA from Haas, a Mazda just won't do haha

haha yeah there seem to be SO many body styles they have based on the UKL all called a 1 or 2, I can't keep up with them all. He just wants a plain old regular sedan. Honestly some of the Kia's are looking pretty good these days and should have better reliability.

Then again, Mercedes is confusing the hell out of me with the new A class and CLA which are the EXACT. SAME. CAR. So what the hell do I know?

I'm expressing contempt for this car. Not because I don't like Clubmans (I'm a multi-Mini owner myself), but because this is yet another way BMW's ruining its brand by doubling down on this GC stupidity with FWD. |
