I'm not worried about the wheels. Those are things that can be easily changed.

I am also hoping for 140k, but I won't be considering it if it's over 150k. We will have to wait and see when they will release more details.

I think it has nice past touches mixed with new high tech stuff. M4 GTS at least has many bespoke parts unlike the M3 GTS which was a tuner's parts bin thrown at it
I'm sorry. Let me get this straight, and I do love this car but:

The M3 GTS had a motor that no other car in the world ever had or will have. The M4 has an engine found in every other base BMW with some tweaks. Otherwise the cars are the same; stripped out cabin, roll cages, and wings. How is the M3 a parts bin compared to the M4?

Good eye. Then I have more questions.

1. Isn't that a bad place for pulling a heavy, long door?
2. Why did they remove the door handles?
3. And why no armrest?

Don't say "because weight reduction, bro."

1. A Super-GT racing driver says the strap is located in the convenient place to reach when 6-point harnesses tighten the driver up. The driver cannot reach the standard door handle.

Engine is a masterpiece in the GTS but unfortunately the rest of the car doesn't live up to "Special Edition" M3 theme imo.

There are almost no exterior mods, apart from a tiny front spoiler and a very generic rear spoiler.
The interior has off the shelf Recaro seats (didn't even bother to cover in BMW material as in CSL or others ) no custom dash, console, door cards etc.

I personally believe special m3's should have bespoke parts that can't be produced from aftermarket companies and must look well, special.
If a person takes a look at the interior of a say CSL, it looks very very special. You can not create those door panels, center console or even the custom seats, not easily and cost effectively anyway BUT the interior of the GTS simply looks like an E92 M3 converted to a light track car. two well known seats, rollBAR and an extinguisher...

Now, about the M4 gts, I see the same attention to detail and bespoke (hard to replicate) parts as in the CSL. Custom console, door cards, custom seat material design with M colors across the seats, belts etc.
Exterior has new wheels, hood, and coloring. Not to mention epic power of 500hp.

That is pretty lame reason, considering the pull strap is located in the exact same spot as the standard pull handle
