Now sold
I've owned my JB4 for a while but only had it fitted to my E90 335i for a couple of months as the car went in for warranty work so I had to remove it and never got round to re-fitting.
The 335i is quick anyway but this turns it into a real beast http://s12.photobucket.com/user/rawbhp/media/photo.jpg.html] Estimate is around 360bhp with similar torque. You can select maps and other settings such as change-up lights and exhaust flap via the steering wheel. It's also great to be able to plug in a laptop and check error codes and upload the latest software/firmware. Comes with fitting manual - takes around an hour the first time but much quicker to fit and remove once you know how. More info here: http://www.burgertuning.com/jb4_pnp_...nce_tuner.html" rel="ugc" target="_blank">http://<a href="http://www.burgertun...tuner.html</a> http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10605" rel="ugc" target="_blank">http://<a href="http://www.n54tech.c...hp?t=10605</a> I'm after 325 inc recorded delivery in the UK. If you buy new you have to import with taxes etc. ($500++) and I'm in no rush to sell. Payment via bank transfer please. PM me with any questions! Last edited by rawbhp; 07-07-2014 at 02:11 AM.. |

The link you've added says that anything shipped after 8/01/13 should be g5 ISO and also that the menu system goes up to 12 rather than 9?? Doesn't mean to much to me though and I suppose it's hard to tell if you don't have it connected

It looks like a g4 to me as it's got the old style small pcb enclosure.

It's a G4. However, potential buyers should not that IF they want a G5, buying this and adding the G5 board BEFORE fitting would be a good idea. Also, if you just buy the G5 board from BMS, it's unlikely you'll need to pay customs. If you buy the whole JB4, you'll be stung like a bastard.

I had a G4 and upgraded to a G5, easy swap - BMS sell the upgrade to the G5 and it's the same loom anyway.

Still available! For those that are worried, it's very easy to fit - plenty of video guides too.
I'll stick it on eBay soon if it doesn't sell on here. |
