Rear power outlet

One of the things that I was disappointed with when collecting our car was the lack of a rear power outlet, I hadn't appreciated that it only came with the storage pack. Looking at the parts, it is pretty inexpensive to retrofit, but I was wondering if anyone knew if the wiring was there already, perhaps taped to the USB/aux in loom, or if it would be necessary to run from the front power outlet.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reading.

What i miss is the armrest cubby hole socket! Yea there's the usb but if you've got a flash drive in it then you can't use it!

But then the socket under the passenger side of the dash is really handy, NOT!

Will see if i can check the rear for you.

The one under the dash is ok for a phone charger; I thought it would fall out, but touch wood it seems to stay in. I'm just thinking about keeping the small person's iPad juiced if we go far.

The rear trim looks pretty straightforward to remove, I just haven't man'd up enough to give it a tug yet. ooh er!

Thanks, at least its reassuring that it should come off without a problem!

I'm assuming the one going to the trim is for the temp control?
What do you reckon that one to the left is, with the orange and yellow wires?

No idea tbh, don't know what the one on the right is either that goes to that long thin black box, maybe it's the bluetooth antenna.

Yea the one going to the trim goes to the temp control.

Mine looks entirely different and has a full-on loom in there!

I have the power socket and heated seats but the power socket cables are quite heavy duty.
