Changing pads... standard brakes

It looks to me from pictures that the new calipers on the M4 have pins that allow you to easily remove the pads without removing the calipers. Can someone confirm?

In Abu Dhabi and got to crawl under an M4 today. Both F/R calipers look to have open access to the pads. Easy pad swaps coming our way!

Since the calipers are the same as the F30 performance brakes, I would assume that any pad that would fit the F30 would also fit the M3. Thoughts?
