Help! what noise is this
Okay so it started last night.
My car: 2010 328xi 37xxx miles 17 seconds I put it into drive the noise happens 31 it stops when I start inching forward then starts again at 47 seconds the sound stops at highway speeds, just when I start the car I did just get my secondary cats out... exhaust rattle? Seems like it happens sometimes when I put the car into gear...sometimes when braking at very low speeds... no codes are thrown

kinda hard to tell, but i think its gotta be exhaust related, maybe loose brack.
driveshaft dont rotate when u in P, so maybe its touching something.

I would have the exhaust brackets checked. When going to Drive or Reverse the engine is under some load, so it changes the engine idle speed probably to the point that this vibration is taking place.

thanks guys... makes me feel so much better. I searched for it and it was like going to web md to look up what had the symptoms of a cough haha
I suspected it was an easy fix since it was right after I got my cats out..something prob just came loose
