one more sleep to go

tomorrow I am saying goodbye to my trusty white e90 lci 325d (been a really brilliant car) and hello to my new f30 330d m sport plus in glacier silver

cant wait to try the 8 speed auto as everyone seems to really praise it - also hoping the 330d has a bit more shove when the loud pedal is pushed!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck for tomorrow, 9 more for me.

Well from test drives and others comments it does have plenty push.

Have fun tomorrow.

I tend to favour manuals, and was frequently annoyed by dim-witted 6 speed BMW autos. I used it in manual a fair bit of the time as I felt it chose the wrong gear too often on hills in particular.

This new 8 speed box is amazingly good though. It is in the right gear 99%+ of the time. The steering wheel paddles are just for decoration!

Congrats. Enjoy the new toy. The 330d is a great car.

I must be the only one that dreaded the day I went to pick my 435i up, I'm too much of a perfectionist and always find faults in everything, I'm sure the salesman felt the same way after all the grief I gave him with the 335d lol
