Question Can OEM paddle shifters be fixed to a 3gt?

hey guys,

I have the 2014 3 gt with 8 speed auto transmission. Sadly in my country i don't get the paddle shift as an option though it is available in the UK. So is it possible to fix the it if i just buy the paddle shifts off ebay? Is it plug and play or is any programming required.

thank you

I see this is possible for the F30, a quick search and I found some pics here contact them and see if they would fit the F34...

If you read through, looks like coding is needed, perhaps best to source the kit and not just the plastics. Just note that any unauthorized mod can void your entire warranty!

I have the shifters and don't use them much as generally driving around town at boring speeds but good luck with the mod, show us pics!

The most difficult is wiring the paddle shift cable, coding is easy, just simply remove 205 and add 2TB
