Faster 0-60 than any production Bentley?

I think this is correct? £1/4 MILLION and out paced by an M3/4?

Now top end speed, luxury and torque is another mater but from what I could see, pretty sure F8X has the Luxor barge beaten?

Isn't that a bit apples to oranges...

I suspect even the E36 M3 outpaced the Bentleys of it's day?

Just because a car costs more doesn't mean it's faster... I don't expect a Rolls Royce or Bentley to be faster than a sports sedan/coupe just because they cost more!

That's kinda like comparing a womans purse bought at Walmart with a expensive designer purse and expect the designer purse to have more space because it's more expensive...

Agree. Sit in a Bentley and you will immediately see why it cost so much more! Not to mention the attention you get from those special occasions like Ball etc.

First of all, these cars are made for different purposes. People, who buy Bentley, don't need to race or smth lol. If they need a speed or torque, they will some extra super sport car (p.s. if they have Bentley, they can afford to get Ferrari or Lambo). In case of Bmw, it's a daily sport-luxury car in its own category, however it's far from Bentleys league in luxury-comfort terms...

Yup not disagreeing with any of this. My question really is just a fact check. By my reckoning there is no Bentley faster in the current line up.

Bentley is not faster off the line but try taking on the Continental GT Speed from a roll on at higher speed and the result would not be pleasant for the M3!! F80 is also faster than M5 and M6 off the line and as with the Bentley this mostly is down to weight.

Depends what you mean by "outpaced". Doesn't the Bentley have AWD? If so, it might be ahead at 60, although the M would be gaining at that point if its 0-60 time is quicker.

Absolutely no arguments there or total top end speed.

I'm not sure too many Bentley buyers, apart from footballers, really buy their cars for traffic light drags!
